Phone Consultations:

Dr. Ariel Policano works with clients around the country and around the world. She is available for phone consultations or video consultations by Skype. The purpose of the consult is to provide you with the best nutritional information to help you to restore balance and attain optimal health. It is not meant to be a substitute for primary care or necessary in-office medical visits.

At the end of a consult, you will be provided a list of recommendations. With an hour consultation, you receive and extensive plan that Dr. Policano will explain to you in a free 10 minute consultation.

These consultations are $100 for each 30 minute block of time.

FOOD SENSITIVITY TESTING

Food sensitivity testing is done at my office. We use the BioMeridian equipment, shown to be equally effective as the blood or skin scratch testing. What most people like about EAV testing is that it is non-invasive. It also is precise for your body at that moment. You can see your body responding to the various responses to the numerous foods. You also get to choose the foods that you want tested from hundreds and hundreds of choices. These include wheat, dairy, egg, grains, fruits, vegetables, nuts and seeds and much more. There are many varieties of dairy including goat and sheep, all the varieties of grains (from wheat to amaranth to several types of rice), and every type of fish you could imagine. We can also test foods for vegans and vegetarians. We can even test your favorite superfood or superfood bar if you want to bring it with you.
