I completed a 1 week detox with the Raw Divas. I am very interested in eating healthy foods. I notice you do not include soy beans in your top ten foods. Do you think soy beans are ok?
Hi William~ Thanks. Even though I have said that a small amount of soy, particularly edamame and fermented soy like miso could be quite beneficial…I am finding that I must recommend against soy products. This is because we have no idea how much GMO soy has drifted into “organic” soy farms. We have found evidence of this drift hundreds of miles away. I am wishing you the very best of health and appreciate you checking out my article. Warmest regards, Ariel
